Position: Printshop Floor Manager

Our client based in Watford is looking for a shop manager to take responsibility for all Print and Print Finishing Production.
To assume overall responsibility of the Print & Print Finishing Depts.
To ensure all records, reporting and data capture are both accurate and submitted in a presentable and timely manner.
To ensure the day-to-day running of the departments are productive and efficient.
To identify opportunities to improve service and reduce costs.
To maintain a safe, clean and presentable working environment.
To liaise with project and departmental managers ensuring all work is progressed correctly allowing maximum efficiency and quality to meet production requirements.
To oversee the quality of all output work produced within the department and to manage the development and implementation of Quality Control System procedures.
To offer technical input to sales personnel and departments involved in the receipt, processing, manipulation, printing, storage and delivery of work.
Through technical expertise, assist to improve the quality of files received and printed items produced.
