Our client based in Buckinghamshire is looking for a Project Manager to join the team with AV (Audio Visual) experience, they need someone to be responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific AV system integration for live events.
Additionally, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and in budget, whilst always ensuring quality and safety requirements are met.
As an AV Project Manager you will be familiar with working with sound, lighting, vision and stage sets in a live event setting.
You would be required to have a good knowledge of at least one of the above disciplines to apply.
You may currently be working as an AV Project Manager in live events, or, as an AV technician, looking to make the next move in your career.
The position will involve the following
Working with the team to provide technical support and quotations
Liaising with the technical, operational and warehouse teams regarding equipment and crew required
Producing equipment lists and cabling plans for the events
Liaising with clients, venues, and agencies as required
Representing the company at site meetings, with clients and venues for forthcoming events
Managing specialist suppliers as required
Constructing and distributing job sheets for crew
Managing and briefing crew on-site and ensuring every job is carried out according to the plan to successfully complete the event
